DESCRIPTION:Similar to our Yoga class\, the Sound Assisted Yoga class will combine techniques and methods from various Yoga disciplines into a 50-minute class and the combination of music\, mantra and breathwork that will leave you refreshed\, relaxed but invigorated. You will learn to balance the mind\, body and spirit though exercise poses\, meditation and deep breathing.
