Paramount Club serves as an extension of your workplace, and, in addition to adhering to our house rules, Members are expected to comply with their employer’s policies and conduct themselves accordingly. Members or guests who disobey our house rules may be removed at the discretion of Paramount Club

DRESS CODE

Paramount Club encourages a smart-casual dressing to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere. Gym attire is preferred only in the Wellness Center.

SOUND ETIQUETTE

We kindly request that all Members maintain conversations at an appropriate volume level, respecting the comfort of others. While calls are permitted, we encourage the use of headphones to maintain a productive environment for all.

SMOKING

You and your guests are obligated to abide by the Paramount Club’s no-smoking policy. Smoking or vaping is only permitted in designated areas outside the building.

Membership

How do I become a member?

The Paramount Club is open to corporate employees who work within a Paramount Group building. At this time, we are not accepting outside membership.

What does my membership include?

Paramount Club membership allows access to the Paramount Café, the Atrium Restaurant, the Game Room and Paramount Wellness. Members can book state-of-the art conference spaces, order Paramount Club catering to their office suite, take advantage of mobile ordering for the Café, and enjoy weekly complimentary programming such as a speaker series, panels, pop-up shopping and more.

What are the membership fees?

There is no membership fee for tenants of Paramount buildings.

Where is the entrance to the club?

Tenants outside of 1301 Avenue of the Americas should enter the Paramount Club through the main entrance located on 52nd Street. Inside the building, members will be able to take the lobby escalator down to the concourse level and access the Club near the MTA turnstiles. Tenants on floors 2-10 of 1301 Avenue of Americas can select C in the F elevators and be taken directly to the Club level. ADA access is also available for all tenants and their guests on 52nd Street.

Do I need a physical membership card to access the club?

Physical access to the club is the same as access to the member’s office building. Members either have a hard card they swipe or mobile credentials that are used at turnstiles.

Can I bring a guest and, if so, how many?

Paramount Club is for members and their guests and is not open to the general public.

If capacity allows, members may invite up to five guests. Members must verify their membership when registering their guests. Upon approval, guests will be sent a QR code for check-in. Guests’ full names and email addresses must be provided at check in. For members who wish to bring more than five guests, please contact please contact concierge@paramount.club in advance. All guests must enter the Paramount Club through the 52nd Street entrance.


Members are responsible for ensuring that guests adhere to all house rules. We kindly request that members remain with their guests throughout their visit.

Are children allowed to visit the club?

The Paramount Club caters to adults only; all guests visiting the Club must be at least 21 years old. We require everyone to provide proof of age.

Are pets allowed in the club?

Only legally recognized service dogs and certified assistance dogs are allowed inside the Club.

Is the club open on the weekends?

Paramount Club is open Monday through Friday 7am – 10pm and is closed on all federal holidays.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that all members and guests wear appropriate attire to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere. Members and guests who do not adhere to the guidelines may be denied entry. This decision will be entirely at the discretion of our front desk team, and we ask that you ensure the dress code is conveyed to any guests you invite to the club. Gym attire is preferred only in the Wellness Center.

If I leave my job or move buildings, will I retain my membership?

Membership is only valid for those who are active tenants of a Paramount building.

Reservations and Events

How do I reserve a space for a corporate event? Can I reserve a space for a personal event like a birthday or anniversary?

The Paramount Club is available for Members to host both professional and personal events. Please reach out to events@paramount.club for all event inquiries.

Is there an event planner available to help create an event?

Our Experience and Events Manager can work with members to customize an event or experience at the Paramount Club. Please contact events@paramount.club

What are my options for private dining?

There are two private dining rooms at the Paramount Club, the Private Dining Room East can seat up to 14 guests and the Private Dining Room West can seat seven. Both rooms include a screen for AV connection if needed and the ability to customize the menu. Dining rooms can be reserved by contacting events@paramount.club

Where can I see upcoming events?

We encourage all members to subscribe to our newsletter here where we will communicate on upcoming member events. All events are featured on our website and on the digital signage within the Paramount Club.

Do I need to RSVP to events?

We encourage members to RSVP to all events at the club. Please contact the concierge if you require more event information.

How do I book a wellness service or class?

What are the club hours?

Paramount Club is open from 7 am – 10 pm.* The Club is closed on all federal holidays. *Times are subject to change due to holiday schedules or special events.

How do I pay for classes or dining?

All members are responsible for their dining bills which can be paid by credit card or cash. All classes are paid for using the Mindbody app.

Is there a phone or laptop policy?

Laptops are permitted throughout the Paramount Club, except for throughout the Atrium where members may only use laptops during breakfast and lunch. To elevate the experience during dinner service, we kindly request a laptop-free environment starting at 5pm.

Members can make phone calls anywhere within our space. We kindly request that all members maintain conversations at an appropriate volume level, respecting the comfort of others. We encourage the use of headphones to maintain a productive environment for all.

Is photography allowed in the club?

Members are allowed to photograph the space, however, when taking photos, we ask that you are respectful of other members.

Dining

Do I need a reservation for dining at the Atrium?

We encourage reservations via the Paramount Club tab of the Paramount Group app, website or by emailing concierge@paramount.club; however, we will try our best to accommodate walk-ins.

Can I pre-order food for pick up?

Breakfast and lunch can be ordered from —and picked up at — the Paramount Café via mobile ordering on the Paramount Group app. Please inquire directly with the Atrium team about to-go orders and they will do their best to accommodate any requests.

Does the restaurant offer catering services off-site?

Paramount Club catering can be delivered to any office within a Paramount building in midtown Manhattan. Please reach out to the catering team to inquire or book directly: catering@paramount.club.

Can I bring in outside food?

No outside food and beverage (aside from water) is permitted in Paramount Club unless medically necessary. Additionally, alcohol is not permitted in the Wellness Center and must not leave the premises.
