Body Sculpt & Stretch Class

Our Body Sculpt and Stretch Class involves performing a series of repetitive and specific exercises using your own bodyweight, resistance bands, barbells and dumbbells for resistance. It is followed by a cool-down, incorporating full-body flexibility and mobility exercise to leave you limber, refreshed and with greater east of movement.
