Mat Pilates Class

Mat Pilates is a Pilates training practice that does not use the traditional equipment but requires an exercise mat. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and a multitude of core exercises to strengthen and tone your entire body and spine. Your Pilates instructor may provide options to use bands, exercise balls, and sometimes even small weights to help elevate your Pilates experience.
