The ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi and Qigong combine slow, deliberate and precise movements that incorporate moving and stationary meditation as well as deep breathing exercises. These routines created from animal movements were not created to burn calories and raise your heart rate, instead, Tai Chi and Qigong are martial arts that help circulation, balance, structural alignment and mental health. This low-impact exercise will shed light on a more conscious way of moving and help prevent falls.
